From One Mama to Another

Hi! I'm Bailey, the founder and CEO of WellMamas. I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and pre/postnatal specialist, but like you, my most important title is Mom.

 

Becoming a mother was one of the most profound experiences of my life. But amidst the beauty of that change, I quickly found myself struggling to balance the responsibilities of motherhood without losing myself in the process.

As I looked for resources that might help, it seemed like everything was either too rigid for the ever-changing chaos of raising kids, too focused on “getting your body back”, which didn’t seem to honor the beautiful thing my body had just done, or just too overwhelming.

 

I wanted something flexible, effective, and approachable. A program that views its participants as whole people – body, mind, and soul – and recognizes that while motherhood comes first, mom doesn’t have to come last.

 

So, I created it.

 

WellMamas was born of the idea that prioritizing wellness can empower and elevate your role as a mother, not detract from it.

 

Through fitness plans tailored to your busy life, nutritional guidance that’s both realistic and sustainable, and mindset coaching that encompasses mindfulness and self-care, we’re here to help you thrive both as a mom and as an individual.

 

Whether you’re an expectant mom, newly postpartum, or seasoned in motherhood, our plans are customized to your unique needs and circumstances and are designed to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
